These sessions will focus on our relationship and view of foods as it relates to our connection and/or disconnection with emotional eating patterns. Some of the topics that we will explore will be mindfulness, fear, guilt, trust and so much more.
In this four week series you will have the opportunity to move through each process using movement, music and writing. This workshop will help to improve your overall wellness and peace of mind and heart.
Lisa is very passionate about nutrition and emotional eating patterns for she has spent half of her life trying to break through. She is currently in the midst of her own journey as well and looks forward to sharing it with you.
Lisa Gelberg is currently the owner of Massage Therapy for Women. Lisa has been a wellness practitioner for the better part of 18 years. She is now expanding her knowledge to the world of emotional eating and nutrition workshops as well as one-on-one coaching. Lisa’s credentials include an Associates Degree in Dance from Dean College, a BA in Arts/ Psychology from Charter Oak State College, and a certificate from The Institute of Integrated Nutrition in Holistic Health coaching. She is looking forward to starting her online MS in Marketing/Social Media in the fall of 2016 at Southern New Hampshire University.
