Learn to listen deeply to yourself, challenge your assumptions, and let go of what no longer serves you, so that you can live the life you were born to live. Classes feature intuitive yoga with reflective questions, breath work, meditation, and integration. Your body may change in this powerful series, but this is sweat for your soul. All levels welcome.
