Simon Timm is the founder of He's been practicing and teaching for over 22 years, 16 of which he spent as a Hindu monk. Simon founded The Mindful Moose to contribute to the mindfulness revolution that is taking place in the world today. He believes these simple practices can play an essential role in ushering in a better world for all of us.


Matt Thieleman was born in Detroit, MI and lived internationally before finding his home in Hartford, Connecticut. In 2015, he founded Golden Bristle to help people unleash their awesome into the world. He’ll tell you he started meditating before he even knew what it was, and loves to share the story of how the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles actually inspired his practice!
