Bre teaches Sunrise at the Barre (our early 6am class) and Barre in the evenings. You can expect to sweat during her classes, strengthen your muscles, and get an awesome workout. Music is upbeat and the energy of barre classes is FUN!

Alyson teaches barre, Gentle Yoga, and Energy Medicine Yoga. Her yoga practice is grounding, yet awakening with Energy Medicine techniques to wake you up to the language of your body.
