A more intense style of practice, Power is designed to make you sweat as the postures move at a faster pace.  Often referred to as “gym yoga,” it emphasizes building strength & endurance, and focuses more on movement rather than holding a pose.  Perfect for waking you up in the morning. This class offers an intermediate to advanced level of practice.


Suitable for  those looking to deepen an existing practice, this open-level, intermediate to advanced level class combines intelligent pose sequencing, intention-setting, fluid movement, centering, integration, and light vinyasa. This style of practice is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites through fluidity.

This style focuses on breath-synchronized movement, with room for variation. It consists of a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. The continual movement from one pose to another gives you an added cardiovascular benefit.
An Intermediate to advanced level of practice.

This class combines deep stretching and relaxationpranayama, mudras and mantras. We begin with breath awareness and mindfulness to bring about a sense of calm and focus, followed by gentle warmups.  We then move into Yin Yoga postures - long static stretches that target the body’s joints and connective tissue to allow for greater mobility and flexibility. We finish with a deeply nourishing Restorative Practice in which the body is placed into postures that are supported with props.  A complement to any other yoga practice,  this class is also perfect for anyone who is recovering from injury or illness or who experiences stress on a regular basis.
Suitable for all levels.

Prana (or Chi,) is the source of physical, mental and spiritual energy. Prana flows through the energy channels of our body, and Hindu philosophy believes that our state of mind is directly linked to the amount of Prana within us.
Prana Yoga is a sacred practice of using asanas to open up the channels for prana to flow through them more freely, resulting in boosted immune system, improved digestion and sleep, improved respiratory system, more energy and vitality, & increased focus and joyfulness.
All levels welcome, a true beginner's class.

Move, Breathe, & Stretch

Join Kerri for a class designed to introduce the practice of yoga.  Centered on gentle movement, awareness of breath, and stretching, this practice integrates posture to support the release of endorphins & to help reduce stress.  
The perfect beginner's class. 

Little Yogis
Encourage play and self-expression while building strength, focus, and coordination. Kids will learn basic yoga postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques in this fun, interactive class. Ages 5 - 11

A fun, wake-up, energizing flow class, based on Vinyasa-style sequences.  Rise, Shine and get your Shakti on for this one! All levels welcome... Level of play is a beginner to intermediate based practice.

Zen Barre
A Yoga/Barre fusion class.  Enjoy the benefits of barre’s endurance-based movements, followed by gentle yoga sequences designed to help relax your muscles.  All levels welcome.  This class is challenging.  You are invited to go at your own pace, but expect to be challenged.

Strengthen & Surrender
Build internal heat through a series of stamina building postures followed by a restorative sequence. Find your personal power, explore your edges and learn to listen to your body! Different variations of poses are offered making this class fun, safe and challenging for all levels.

Balance your practice by exploring the harmonizing flow of Yin and Yang. Each class begins and ends with the cooling, longer-held yin poses, while the quicker-paced flow poses build heat in between.  This class is the perfect balance to strengthen your practice while exploring the benefits of stretching and fascial release.  
All levels that are looking to build a little more strength are encouraged to participate.

Dissolve stress through a series of deeply nourishing postures. First half of class is dedicated to cultivating a bit of heat through gentle movement....just enough to open the heart and welcome day's end relief in supported asana. Enjoy an infusion of spirituality, poetry, and divine wisdom in this candlelit restorative class.
All levels welcome.
